I have been horrible at this blog and seldom write. You can, however, rest assured that I at least think about blogging almost everyday. Unfortunately, I learned early on how to procrastinate and have now spent 20+ years trying to break the habit. The Mineer name is a bad omen and therefore I am fighting even more than most people have to in order to break this habit. It goes well beyond this Mineer and as far as I know probably goes back many generations.

Yet, after all is said and done, by simply repeating my name a few times I am able to continue to be more highly ranked by the search engines. That is why, as you read, you will see Mineer pop-up a little more than it probably should. I am simply keyword dropping and doing what I can in order to climb the ladder of SEO trickery.

Even though the blogs are few and far between I have been learning quite a bit and am now ready to tackle my next feature – blogging for the keyword phrases of construction leads, bid on construction projects, and construction job. My new website is designed to sell subscription to my fathers company, (David Mineer Sr) which publishes a weekly listing of new construction leads in 20 metropolitan areas. So far nothing has happened but I have done very little to improve my ranking. We’ll see how it goes. Until then keep on doing more searches for all the Mineer people you know out there.
